Dawpex Lebanon is glad to announce his new service in UV printing: Glass, Plastic, Plexiglass, Granite, Wood, Metals and Crystal.
What is UV Printing?
UV Printing is a technique of printing directly on a flat object: nylon, glass, wood, granite. This requires special UV ink that can be cured by UV light. This UV technology allows printing onto many different substrate including plastic, acrylic, non-reflective metal, wood, cardboard and ceramic. UV directing printing is ideal for short runs on objects such as smart phone cases, signs, gifts, awards, wooden canvas, laptop covers, and promotional items.

We're open from 9am to 6pm- Weekdays. - Saturday from 9am-3pm - However you can give us a call anytime for any type of information.
What's a laser cutter?
Laser cutters are computer controlled lasers that cut and engrave precise patterns into a wide range of materials. The machine itself looks like something between a photocopier and printer.
What can you make with a laser cutter?
The possibilities are endless. People have made business cards, postcards, invitations, tags, toys, games, models, signs, lamps, pendant lights, jewelry, boxes, enclosures, lifestyle accessories, chairs, clothes, bags, shoes, etc. Anything you need for your personal or business , we can make it for you.
Can you cut metal?
No, our lasers aren't powerful enough to cut metal , however we can show you great alternative solutions , send your information and we will get back to you asap.
What materials can be laser cut?
Wood, cardboard, paper, acrylic, rubber, food, leather, cotton, wool, cork, felt, and polyester up to 1/4" thick can be cut. In addition to those materials, glass, ceramic, some metals, and stone can be engraved. We carry most of these materials in our inventory, if not we make sure to have it available very quickly. Some materials like PVC and vinyl are NOT allowed in the laser cutter since they release phosgene (a.k.a. chlorine gas) when burned.
Can you bring in your own materials?
Absolutely yes, although we reserve the right to reject any material for safety concerns. For example, if the quality of your material is a low grade, we will not allow it into our facility.
How safe are laser cutters?
Our laser cutters are safer than microwaves, and they include numerous mechanisms and processes to prevent incident in case of an emergency.
And you actually get to use them?
For safety purposes,only our team members are allowed to use laser cutting machinery . However , our clients can be available on premise to have a look at their craftings while processed.
How does it all work?
You can prepare your designs by yourself or give us the chance to assist you in doing it. Also , you can rely on our expert team to have your designs , and then we will craft it for you.
